Miracle Max: Get back, witch.
Valerie: I'm not a witch, I'm your wife. But after what you just said, I'm not even sure I want to be that any more

Valerie: Ever since Prince Humperdinck fired him, his confidence has been shattered.
Miracle Max: Why'd you say that name? You promised me you would never say that name!
Valerie: What, Humperdinck?
Miracle Max: Aahaahh!
Valerie: Humperdinck! Humperdinck! Humperdinck!
Miracle Max: I'm not listening

Man I feel old. I saw this movie on a date in high school, and when I went to buy it a year or so ago, the cashier said "I love this movie. I saw it when I was little."

Yes this is what I'd call a Neo Classic.
The book is a classic as well. I was reading at work and about hurt myself lauging when I read the "Aaaaassss yyyyoooouuuu wiiissshhhh" scene.

I totally agree. I think I probably know that movie by heart, and it's great to quote scenes with friends i.e. "HELLO! My name is Inigo Montoya, you killed my father, prepare to die!" If you've ever read the actual book you'd discover lots of new layers that are really cool, but you also find that Buttercup was written to be a total idiot! I so did not get that impression from the movie.

Of course it's a classic! I think I can quote every single line from that movie. I never get tired of watching it. An old friend of mine can do the Albino exactly, and it is truly hilarious. We used to quote that movie so much! I still do, and my co-workers chime in because they love it too. Now I want to watch it! Thanks :)

That movie is GREAT!!! I could quote it all day long: "As you wish", "Hello, my name is Inigo Montoya...", "Inconceivable", and my favorite "Marwage. Marwage is what bwings us together today."

I'm going to watch that movie when I get home.
