I'm outraged about them killing thousands of people every month, I'm outraged about the silence from the so-called moderates, I'm outraged at some of them deliberatly trying to start WWIII to bring back some long dead preacher. If the Pope apologizes I'm going to be one unhappy camper.They're outraged !!! I say " well join the club pal". Agree?

I partially agree. I too, am outraged by all this terrorism but u have to know that its only a select radical group. The majority of the muslims hate and despise all of these people that have been killing innocent people. Its completely against their religion. I get why u might dislike Muslims and want to get back at them but u shud try to be more open minded and realize that its not all of them. The pope's statement might cause a few Muslims to dislike Christians for that, but not every Christian thinks like that. What the pope said was completely wrong. He pretty much attacked Islam and as such a high religious figure, he shouldnt have done that because this will cause religious tension. Ive never heard a Muslim religious leader attack Christianity, or any other religion like that. You wudnt hear a Muslim tell Christians that they're illogical when they hear the whole idea of the trinity, even tho truth be told, it doesnt make sense to me and every christian friend of mine.

Already there are threats on this website to spill christian blood over this. I understand that the pope said he did not mean to cause any trouble. The pope was just quoting what some 14th century religious leader said. If it's negative, these radicals are out in the streets demonstrating and burning the pope in effigy. Wonder why the moderate Islamists are not burning Osama Bin Laden in effigy like after the world trade center bombing instead of celebrating because the USA was attacked.

People get pissed off about anything anymore.. Nobody wants to be happy. It's much more fun to be mad all the time.
Like today I was pissed when mcdonalds put too much ice into my drink so that there wasn't much soda to drink.. It made me so mad that I wanted to declare jihad and strap a bomb on my chest and blow myself up in front of that restaurant. But then I thought about my poor credit card companies, and how they would suffer if I wasn't around to give them money every month. Same for my utilities and most especially for the oil companies. Could you imagine if we all blew ourselves up every time we became angry how different the world would be? Those oil barons would have to live in a house that is less than palatial. Their private jet might be smaller and the wetbar might not have as large of a selection. O the humanity!
I choose to live angrily so that others might profit from it. My conscience couldn't bear the thought of some poor ceo somewhere having a problem paying the insurance for his ferrari because I chose to be selfish..
So these arabs need to take a moment to think about what they are doing to the upper class. If they would just look at things the way I do and everybody else does, then there would be less greasy spots in the middle of the road from suicide bombers, and that would benefit everybody.

The Pope was speaking about how any religion spread through violence is a farce. He's right and the Islamic Fascist know it and hate him for it. However, the Pope should have also said that the Catholic Church in the past has been guilty of the same thing and he should have reaffirmed the promise made by an earlier Pope that never again would that happen in the Catholic Church.

If someone said "Jesus Christ has brought nothing but violence and misery to the world" would you be a LITTLE bit upset? Yes? So why can't Muslims feel insulted by what the Pope says, a man who is supposed to preach love and tolerance? And Muslims are just as outraged by the fact that the US kills thousands of people every month, just to start WWIII.

i completely agree! i dont think they have a right to be 'outraged' so long as they are setting off bombs and killing innocent people for nothing. they could have chosen another - easier path which would have been to comunicate with words but they didnt so as u say, tough. i saw on the news there was one american/arab who went on the news in the middle east and was interviewed by an arab. she ended up completely dissing the interviewer saying the arabs are like cavemen... asking them wat they have added to the world since algebra... and to compare it to what the israeli-jews have added to the world in any way... i wish there were more people like her!

Well, of cource the muslims are outraged. Yes i think it is unfair that SOME "muslims" are killing innocent people, including other muslims. but you have to know that not ALL of the muslims are like that. There area muslims out there i know of that are trying to stop this religon tension between christianity and islam, you have to know, that this statement could cause more tension among the religons. You also have to know that there are some muslims out there killing, but most of them only want peace.
i hope you don't take this offensively please, i just said what was on my mind.

Praise the Pope that had the guts to tell the truth..,Mohamed is a killer of children and an animal..,and the muslims praise him and the muslims wonder why we dont like them???Doesnt take a rocket scientist to figure out we are not fond of people who cut heads off of someone who is a non believer.

I agree. The Musims seem to be a confused and evil people going by their actions. They don't want to be offended but they don't mind offending others. Something's wrong here, don't you agree?
