good thing you got the puppy then.

all the breeding standards came from the upper classes who were upset that people in lower classes could afford dogs after the industrial age. so, they are a) completely arbitrary b) invented by a long dead snooty bastard and c) ruining the inherent abilities of breeds of DOG that were never supposed to be so bizarrely perfected and obsessed over.

No. Red is not bad. Golden Retrievers can come in all different colors. Typically, the redder the hair, the stronger the bloodline.

No. Red is not bad. You have a great dog. They are among the best breeds. What kind of temperament does her mom have? Her dad? Red, Tan, whatever. It doesn't matter.
