I have this proublem to!! You can get one of those pilliow that supporte you neck, there really big, and they were made so people can read confy. I went and got a really confuy chair to read in.

i sit with my legs propped up against the back of the chair and i lay on the seat, you need a pretty big chair but the comfort is well worth it

Leaning back - head resting on the arm of the couch...feetsies up...no laying down..just ...leaning.
