IT IS POSSIBLE TO BE IN LOVE WITH WHO YOUR IMAGINATION TELLS YOU SHE IS. YOUR IMAGINATION MAKES UP ALL KINDS OF STUFF, BASED ON YOUR WISHES.
IT TAKES TIME TO GET TO KNOW SOMEONE, AND ALL OF THEIR QUALITIES, BOTH GOOD AND BAD, AND YOU HAVE TO WITNESS THEM IN ACTION, IN MANY SITUATIONS.....TO REALLY KNOW AND APPRECIATE WHAT THEY ARE ABOUT.

i dont think it is i know it is. i fell in love with a woman online. we were both too nervous to even talk on the phone so we had very strong feelings for each other before we even spoke the first time.
id like to say the story has a happy ending... but 4 long years later and we still havent met and have argued ourselves to the point of not even being able to be friends. but i did love that woman i know that. so forget all the other answers to this question because i am telling you right now that yes it is possible.

Loving is a conscious act of doing things for the other person's benefit, putting their interests and welfare ahead of your own needs and desires. This means taking the time to find out about them, investing time to determine what they need and want, unearthing their dreams and fears.
Infatuation is a great feeling as is sexual attraction but, they are not a solid foundation on which to build a relationship. Solid relationships take time and effort to make them strong. First sight doesn't cut it.
