After Hurricane Katrina Hit, In Bush's Address to the Nation, he talked about OIL. Not the thousands of people dieing which he did nothing to help, but OIL!

yea all he cared about is his money for his oil he did not care about the fact people were dying after the hurricane katrine he did try to save anyone it was four days and now it has been over a year and nothing been done

Mayor Nagin and Gov Blanco did nothing to help. The president did a lot to help after he got those two incompetent boobs out of his hair. The oil was a major issue. We had damaged oil rigs and like it or not this country runs on oil.

And after the 9/11 attacks when 2000 Americans had died and the families were grieving, he told us to go out and "spend money" to help the economy.
Rememer, he's a politician, not a humanitarian.
And he;s not that good at either one.

Did you know that he was criticized for his speech at Jackson Square because it was so liberal? Discussing the hidden poverty of our country, etc. If you want to pick on one of his speeches this is the wrong one.
