Besides filing a complaint with EBay also contact PayPal if you used them to pay for the item with. They may also be able to help you out.

The deal is off. If you used a credit or debit card contact the bank or the cc co. and undo the transaction. Explain what happened. If you used some other means of pymt, your money is probably gone. Use an escrow company for large transactions. I wired someone over $3,000.00 once and didn't get bitten. Talked to them on telephone before though.

Did you contact Ebay and let them know? That's why I don't buy from Ebay anymore. To many scammers on there trying to sell stuff.

maybe you already tried it, but Its a request member information form. If you tried to contact the seller to no avail, then report him/her to eBay; all we need is more scammers in this world.

you have to contact the administratives of ebay if the due date is over. he could be one of hundreds of scammers thats take your money and never return anything. contact ebay not the person.

I would file a report with eBay. They will try to resolve the issue for you.
