Howdy,
Last question for the night. I am assuming you are using Internet Explorer. Go to "View" Select "Toolbars" and then slect Address Bar.

On the toolbar you can see some vertical lines - separators ... try to move those lines left or right (they are moveable) with your mouse. When you will be moving them you will eventually open an address window

simply right-click on any toolbar at the top of the explorer window then check addres bar >>>>>>

Right click and check the options
If its greyed out you may have a virus that takes it away.. get noadware or something
