Probably not if you stop only for one day. ( well if you masturbate 10 times a day.... it might have an effect ... but anyway... )
If you want to make a "donation" to a sperm bank, they usually ask that you do not do it for a couple of days... to increase the volume and the concentration of sperm cells in your sperm.
So if you stop, let's say a couple of days, you notice an increase in the volume on the next time.
