Man, I can't believe I forgot this!

When you see a math problem like (example) 7n and n=14, do you do 7x14?

yes. n is the variable. the n represents a number, in this case, 14. so 7n is 7 * N, or 7*14. in this case the answer is 98. so next time you won't forget i hope.
