i want to be able to sit down, and dance, and drink, and party all night. i'd like it to look like a glass bong....i don't know how to get it to stand up (the stem), and how to get the base to stay round, and still let me move easily.

And who are all you other people to judge?? Who cares?? I don't smoke but I'd laugh my butt off if I saw it. It should look a bit like thiss...
Take a cardboard box and cut out a large circle and paint it black. Make sure you cut out a circle in the middle for your feet to be able to walk. wear black shoes.
Wear a tyedyed shirt and pants (can make homemade with rubber bands, bleach, washing machine, pants and shirt)then cover yourself in saran wrap(clear plastic wrap).Clear tape the base on after wrapped up.
Take empty paper towel rolls and tape them together to make the stem long and attach a cup for the bowl.
Wow, never thought I would've thought about that one before.

Use two of those plastic rings. (You know, the kind that come with that lawn darts backyard game.) Sew one to each end of a long piece of fabric to make a soft, flexible tube. This will form the main shape of the bong. Then get a small, plastic funnel from an auto parts store, stick it in somewhere with a hot glue gun. This will be the bowl. There you have it. A bong costume that will let you stand, sit, and move. Now the easy part--smoke a bunch of weed all day. Then eat some candy. Then smoke some more weed.

and then one day you will look back on your life and wished you'de never done that . some things are better left unknown. why would you want to share such a private thing about yourself with so many other people that could possibly use it against you. here are some ideas for many different costumes
