laptops with core 2 duo processors are available in dell only till date.i want to compare with the other companies' models.i am in a hurry.should i wait ? or should i go for the dell? i am in india and i can wait till 25 of september only.

Most of them have it now, Toshiba has a nice one and sony too. Get on line and do some research to find the model number you want. My problem with dell is that their customer service sucks badly and you could be on the phone on hold for 3 hours and my brother did not get everything in his order with Dell. I would compare. But will admit, Dell does have some specs to be desired. Good Luck.

if you want to buy a laptop, try dell computer..you can search them on their site...no shipping and they are really helpful in every aspect when you buy a computer specially laptop....besides you can avail of 6 months no payments...you can ask them...i have a laptop that bought from dell...you have 3 months free internet acces.....just search their site...hope iit will help. thanks.

i went with the dell and i love it, its fast and efficient, and affordable, i very much recommend it.
