I'm told early to mid 20s. But the size can fluctuate due to a number of factors, eg., weight loss/gain, time of the month, pregnancy/breastfeeding

about 18 to 21 but you can have sudden patches of grotwh its all to do with hormones and you can notice that all of a sudden your boobs are getting bigger.that is the average age but obviously you could be a little older or a little younger
