Does your linea negra (that black line going up your belly) go up to your belly button or does it go past that to around your ribcage? I'm just curious to see which is more common for women pregnant with girls.

I am 33 weeks along with a GIRL! and I have a linea nigra line going all the way up to the middle of my breasts. I was noticing it tonite actually. It's not really dark but definately noticable to me!

I am almost 33 weeks pregnant with a baby girl and i do have that linea negra....It goes from below my breast all the way past my belly button

I'm pregnant with a girl, and I don't have a black line. Nor did I with my older daughter or son.

Mine is more prominent below the bellybutton, but there is a light line above it.
