War is tied to economics. Economic achievement must be reasonable and available to every man, woman and child in every corner of the earth, to avoid conflict.

Education, worldwide, requires some normalization or uniformity. Teaching kids in Saudi Arabia to hate America, does not educate Saudis for a life of prosperity and peace. Teaching your kids that all Muslims are terrorists also does not prepare them for life in a multi-cultural and complex nation like America.
To stop war and terrorism, education and economic achievement must be foremost in the minds of all people. Not xbox, not ipod, not paris or brittany or lindsay or justin timberlake, not myspace and definitely not American Id(le). To understand others and relate to them and live on the same planet, you have to reach out and spend time bridging those cultural and economic gaps. Wealth can abound for all, if they are willing to pay the dues to achieve that wealth. Those dues are found in education and hard work and willingness to listen as well as speak. Lastly, the human condition must agree on certain things. First and foremost is the social contract: You do no harm, and in exchange, you receive no harm. This must be the ultimate promise each human makes to every other human.
I think it's a straightforward proposition, but likely not one that will be universally embraced. Good luck.
