Usually if a guys says that you're hot, honey, you're hot to them.
But that doesn't necessarily mean that he wants to go out with you. It just means he thinks your hot.

Not nessisarily, one of my friends constantly tells me that I am good looking and that I just need to believe in myself. He told me that a lot more people look at me then I think, and I have started to notice it but we are just friends and don't think it will ever be more.
