Where do u find the move surf un pokemon firered ?

surf hm 3 is found in the safari zone in fuchsia city on the far left
side of the safari zone. when your inside ride your bike 2 the right
then up then right keep going through the grass ride till u see the steps go up left & down left & up till u see the next set of steps.
go up & down & up through the grass then go left till u see another set of steps (take the second set of steps) go up & around then go up & right through the grass then go lleft & down through the grass make a left there u should see the secret house where surf is. sorry 4 it being so long but i did it this way 2 so i can see what you'll go through since u don't have surf yet and i do i didn't want 2 confuse u. oh make sure u use max repel
when u start or else you'll keep running into pokemon. good luck on your pokemon journey :)
