Well, all harry potter fans are clearly curious about the 7th and last book, so i wanted to get together some theories about what happens, as well as to add my own, which no one else has
My thoery:
Snape is LV'shorcux. They are so incredibly similar thats its hard to believe nobody else has suggested this. The other issue is that snape might also be DD'shorcux. While i think its Fawkes, snape makes it confusing. If snape is both of their horcruxes, he has to die. But, this would kill both DD and LV at the same time. What if having both of their souls in him at once allows them to have a sort of soul fight...maybe?
Also, R.A.B could be regulus black. He could have used kreacher to take teh locket out of the basin: perhaps that somehow works: cause kreacher couldnt disobey. Then kreacher could have appareted with the locket back to 12 grimerald place, and regulus would be there killed by all the inferi.

Also, DD keeps saying that love is more powerful: is it possible that instead of his soul being split, it merged with harry's: part of dd's soul is now in Harry by love means, not evil ones.

Snape as LV's horcrux, while an interesting theory, is completely out of keeping with Lord Voldmort's character. He would not base his long range stategy on the use any potion or spell that would necessitate him relying on another person. He works alone out of preference. (remember the scene in the orphanage where Dumbledore first meets him).
I love the idea that the mystery locket at #12 Grimreald Place is the missing horcrux. It would be so fitting. Perhaps Ron and Hermionie unwittingly destroy it while trying to open it. Or Ginny realizes what it is and and destroys it out of her love for Harry.
People are so in love with the idea of Dumbledore returning that they want to believe in him having a horcrux, forgetting what a horcrux is and what you must do to create one. Dumbledore will not be returning, at least not in corporeal form.
Six horcruxes
1) His Father's ring (destroyed)
2) His Diary (destroyed)
3) Hufflepuffs Cup (missing)
4) The Locket (missing, maybe)
5) Nagini (with Lord Voldmort)
6) Supposedly never completed. It would be in keeping with the way Lord Voldmort's mind works if he was still reserving the making of the sixth and final horcrux for Harry's death.
Book seven will start out with a Wizard wedding, which would be a riot of fun even if the Weasley twins were not involved. Poor Fleur! Then the rest of the first half of book seven should follow Harry on the search for the missing horcruxes, while avoiding his friends in a misguided effort to keep them safe. I feel that Snape may still have some role to play, but wether it will be enough to redeam him I cannot say. I doubt that, no matter what happens, Snape would be able to quote Harry as a character referance.

I hate to shoot your theories down, but I don't think that you're on the right track. For one thing, Voldemort doesn't trust *anyone* including Snape. He doesn't have friends, he doesn't have equals, he has followers that obey him out of fear. He didn't let Snape know that he was trying to get the Sorcerer's Stone in the first book. If he trusted him, he could've gotten the Stone, made the elixer of life and no longer needed his Horcruxes. Also, Dumbledore explained why it wasn't wise to make Horcruxes out of living things. If the point is to keep a part of your soul safe, why would you encapsulate it in something that is going to die at some point? It doesn't make sense.
Dumbledore wouldn't have made a Horcrux out of Snape. He wouldn't make a Horcrux at all. He is a *good* guy! To create a Horcrux requires tearing the soul, by killing someone, the ultimate act of evil. It is not something a good wizard would do. And, it splits the soul, while Dumbledore believes that an intact soul is something Voldemort underestimates the value of. Besides, Dumbledore didn't fear death. Only wizards that fear death create Horcruxes. And, he is dead! J.K. Rowling has said it over and over, Dumbledore is dead. That is why his portrait was hanging in the Headmaster's office. As a deceased former Headmaster of Hogwarts, his portrait is bound to assist the current Headmaster. Actually, make that Headmistress, as the office now belongs to Professor McGonagall. Remember how it wouldn't open for Umbridge because she wasn't the legitimate Headmistress? Well it opened for Minerva because she is.
I think R.A.B. is Regulus Black; and he probably did use Kreacher to help him obtain the true locket Horcrux. Kreacher would've been willing to help him, since he was his mother's favorite and he was devoted to Mrs. Black. Regulus was killed before he was able to destroy the locket, no one has discovered it was missing until now, and I think it will require Parseltongue to be opened.
The soul usually moves on after death. We know of three exceptions to this rule: soul sucking by a Dementor, souls preserved in Horcruxes, and ghosts. None of those apply to the Dumbledore we know. Only wizards or witches that are too afraid of what comes next linger as ghosts, like the Grey Lady or Nearly Headless Nick. Dumbledore regarded death as "the next great adventure." I don't think his soul is going to be hanging around Hogwarts or merging with anyone. Peeves is a poltergeist (a mischievious spirit), not a ghost, which explains his behavior. I think that Snape's killing curse blasted Dumbledore up and out the window because he is a very powerful wizard, so his curse had more force than those we've seen performed by others. We know all spells don't have the same power. It has been shown several times that the results depend on the intent of the user and their power. Such as how Harry was able to produce such a powerful Patronus when his life and Sirius's were at risk. Sure, others could make one, but not nearly that powerful. Same with Harry and Bellatrix's Cruciatus curses in Order of the Phoenix.
And, Harry probably could do occlumency if he practiced! He never cleared his mind successfully, like Snape told him to before attempting it. He was always full of emotion and he hadn't practiced between lessons at all. Maybe Lupin will train him on it further. I think Hermione has already created a new spell. Neither Umbridge nor Madame Pomfrey were able to remove the pimples in the shape of "SNEAK" from Marietta Edgecomb's forehead after she violated the agreement not to betray the identity of Dumbledore's Army. She probably went to St. Mungo's over the summer for treatment too. They were still there in Half-Blood Prince though. So, Hermione is probably the only one that knows the counter-curse.

For starters you have to murder someone to be able to make a horcrux and I really think Dumbledore didn't have it in him. He was a good guy not a bad guy. I think Voldemort is a lot more intelligent than that, using Snape as a living horcrux. I think there is a horcrux in the old Riddle mansion because that is where he killed the caretaker. I also think that Hedwig is an animagus. I can't say who she would be. Dumbledore is not really lost, he is dead or else his portrait would not be in the headmistresses office, he is still there for advice like every other headmaster of Hogwarts.
I think Voldemort will make Lucius kill his own son either by the imperius or he will just do it because in reality he does not love his son as he is incapable of love. I am so hoping Harry kills Snape and Neville kills Bellatrix. I would really like to see the Longbottoms regain their mental capacities. Unfortunately I think Harry will die, simply because JKR does not wish to go past 7 books. Sucks really but hey, what can we do.

(still me)
what if part of dumbledores soul is in hogwarts: "he has given more to this school than nyone" (someting along that line)
Again...either throught the horcrux method, or the love method theory of mine. Also DD said he left even more security measures in hogwarts when he left...could that mean his soul?
Also, Harry continues getting help from DD using his portrait in the office
Also, Frair or another ghost mentions that Peeves isnt even a real ghost in book 1....what could that mean?
When DD was 'killed', he was blown backwards. In the past, avada kedarva simply mad teh person die: then fall. Why was this spell different?
Other witches and wizards have created their own spells. Is it possible that harry (or hermione, more likely) learns how to do this, and does something:
1. get dumbledores 'horcrux' or similar thing out of whatever it is in
2. get a possible LV horcrux out of harry safely
3. do other cool stuff
Also, i dont think nagini is a horcux...just a hunch
also, fawkes is loyal...y wasnt he with dumbledore in ny of book 6: until the ending: could he being in hiding as dd's horcrux, and not able to help him?
Why is it impossible for harry to use occulmency?

Interesting theories... I don't know if that is the case though. The impression I've got, is that Harry will have to face V.L. without assistance. The story is all about a child becoming a man, and the path that he has walked, and the path that lies ahead. Bringing D.D. back would not seem right, and I heard through the grape vine that J.K. Rowling said she "Was not going to pull a Gahndalff", by bringing D.D. back.
I am curious what D.D.'S Army, and the Order Of The Phoenix will be doing to help Harry.
I am almost 100% sure that Draco, and his goons, will do a mental 180, and turn good.
I think the twins will have a nice toy/gizmo, or something that will benefit them in ridding evil.
I would have to guess Haggard, and N.L. will be two of the ones who die, and possibly Draco, or more likely one of his goons...
Those are my predictions.

I think that ur theories are very accurate!!
I also think that it was Regulus Black because if u read the 5 th book again u'll c that when they're cleanin out Sirius' house that ginny finds a locket that none of them can open! i think that that was the horcrux!!
I have a lot of theories!!
1. In the 6th book hagrid heard Snape and Dumbledore arguing about something. Snape was saying that he wouldnt and couldnt do what Dumbledore asked! My theory is that Dumbledore knew what would happen(something to do with the Unbreakable curse that snape made) and told Snape that he would have to kill him but Snape didnt want to!
2. If u read the chp. where Snape kills Dumbledore u'll see that it says that Snape looked at Dumbledore with rage. Wgat if it was rage at what Dumbledore was asking him to do??
3. I think that the reason that Dumbledore trusted snape was because Snape may have been in love with Lily Potter.(that may also have been one of the reason that Snape hated James so much!)
I think that it was actually Dumbledore disgiused by polyjuice potion in the chapter "Spinners End". if you look at that chp u'll see that Snape isnt really acting himself! he's being too polite
