Anti-anxiety music! Good topic!
1st, I don't think music is the real answer here. If I really can't "settle down" my anxiety. I like to put things into a broad historical perspective. (i.e.: I could have been a caveman. Would this be bothering me if I was a caveman?)(Or! *this also works good for depression* What if I was hit by a car and killed yesterday? Would it really matter what choice I make right now? How big of a deal is my behavior. RIGHT NOW. If I was dead, it really doesn't matter. So maybe I'm lucky to be here, and everyone can just be lucky that I am here or forever hold their peace.
The best way to solve anxiety though is also to take on each problem as they come, and don't hide from the important ones. Accept the things you can't change.
And back to the topic.
Although I'm not particularly religious in my adulthood, sometimes christian radio music is very soothing.

For me it's listening to trance music. Something similar would be techno or dance music, but trance is more down beat. I mostly listen to instrumental trance where there is no vocals, just the sound of pure trance. It calms me down and puts all my problems away. Sometimes i feel like i'm actually in the song or i would just be raving to the song. That's why I love Trance!! It sounds so good and makes me feel good too! You should try listening to trance. A good artist or DJ would be ATB or DJ Tiesto.
And a really good trance song is So Deep(Deep End Remix) by Trancebound, you can search that up on http://search.singingfish.com/sfw/home.jsp

"Such Great Heights" by Iron & Wine
it's the original version of The Postal Service's remix, it only has a guitar and the singer in a low and soft voice.
I also recommend anything by Jason Mraz and / or Michael Bublé

track can encourage one to do many good issues (Write a e book, paint a photo, initiate a zine, and so on.). So i guess it would want to encourage not so good issues. in spite of the actual undeniable reality that i do not see why someone might want to take track that has a contact of violence and act upon it so heavily, yet in spite of this not everybody has my common sense.... i have meditated this lengthy adequate, it really is my very last theory. even as misinterpreted, a track can provide a nasty theory to someone yet maximum folk do not take lyrics to that element of seriousness. hence, lyrics do not consistently invoke violent concepts. (yet Harris and Klebold weren't Manson followers contained in the first position...)

If you're thinking and it's painful and you want music to nurture your thoughts from the pain of distraction, I highly recommend Bruckner's Symphony #9.
When, I think too much and my ears ring from the pain, this symphony always rescues me back down from this temporary state of insanity.
Listen to the version conducted by Gunther Wand
