I think our whole human species, every single civilization, and the quantum nature of the universe would fall apart if cheese (oh, god, do I dare say it) were to cease existing ...in other words ...There is simply nothing, and I mean NOTHING as delicious as cheese in our world !!!

Cheese is the best substance to eat in small portions, as for type, i go for sharp cheddar or colby (not colby jack, but the yellow of colby jack)
