Firewall on the one you cant ping?

My guess is you may have a switch turned off within the router. I used to know the answer to this one, but never use this stuff.

Can both computers ping the router? If so then I'd definitely say something is set wrong. Perhaps you have an exclusion on certain addresses. Try shutting the router off and pressing the reset button for about 20 seconds. Then restart the router. Give it a few moments to bring up it's start program and reset everything to default. Then try pinging again. If this fails then I'm out of ideas. Was never really good at it.

Assuming no firewall and still can't ping, you may remove the TCP/IP on Local Area connection properties and ADD again and put back the IPs on it...

Hi, run cmd or winipconfig or ipconfig
type: ipconfig/ release
type: ipconfig/ renew
type: exit
