i have a bf now and my best friend (is a guy) doesn't know yet. i think he likes me and wants to b more than friends, but i don't, but i am afraid if i tell him he will b mad or somethin. What should i do?

There's a show kind of about this. It's called "The Office" on NBC. The show airs on Thursday, so........watch that. The girl on there is engaged to someone else, but yet her best friend ( a boy) comes and tells her that he's in love with her and at the end of the season finale last May, if you haven't seen this show, he kissed her at the end.
I'm also writing a book about this. Seriously. It's called, "My Friend Mack", also about best friends (a guy and a girl) who've been hanging out since kindegarten and he tells her eventually that he's in love with her and she already has a boyfriend.
I'm serious now, I'm writing this book.
My advice to you is wait and see for signs to see if he likes you or not, otherwise, like, if you ask him if he likes you he'll get all uncomfortable and you guys won't be as good friends as you were before.
First of all, since he's your best friend, I think you should tell him about your new bf, whether he likes the guys or not and then you should be able to get your reaction to see whether or not your best friend likes you.

Tell the truth. Is better! Is your friend find out he will be hurt because you are not honest with him.
Is he likes you more than friend he will be mad for a while but the time will be keep together the friendship.

yeah you better tell him. cuz if somebody else tells him or he finds out another way he is going to think that you trying to get with you friend or that you creeping on the low. so keep it real with your boyfriend. dont keep secrets it just causes problems. the best relationship is an open relationship. if he doesnt feel comfortable with you best friend being a guy. you two need to just talk about it and try to get an understand on how you both feel about the situation. hope i could help

Tell your friend,, if he's your friend then he'll still be your friend even though you have a boyfriend.. I have a male friend.. well was a friend that has started sayin really mean things about my bf,, I just don't talk to him much anymore.

If he is a true freind he might be hurt but he will still be your friend. If he was in this for a g/f then you will hurt him and he will move on and maybe later on be your friend. Not telling him will come back to haunt you if he finds our from someone else. Best if it comes from you. I would be straight forward with him and then you need to be his friend.

Just bring up your bf in a conversation. Say something...like i'm so excited...i'm going out to the movies tonight with : "Bob". Its a non-hurtful way to let your best friend know. If he doesn't know, he'll probably just be like "Bob? huh?" and you'll have the perfect oppurtunity to explain... "Duh..I'm going out with Bob, didn't you know?"

I think you should talk to your friend and let him know that you would rather be friends and if he happens to tell you he likes you well then still talk to him as a friend let him know you have a boyfriend .

If he is your best friend, he will not be mad. He lost his chance if he wanted a relationship with you. He should've acted sooner.

like all i like my friend or best friend situations, it's a delicate situation. remember that things will be different after you confess even if he likes or doesn't like you. so in my opinion, drop some hints and if you picks them up then he probably likes you, but be absolutely sure before you admit since your relationship is kinda at stake since if he doesn't like u, it'll be kinda awkward afterwards but if he does like you then you'll be so happy you confessed. so, drop hints and find out for sure before you confess (unless he confesses first!).
