Hubby and I are in a debate and he says guys like a kinda flakey girl who needs "protecting" and I am say guys like a girl that is "strong and able to take care of herself"

i just had to respond......who gives a ##@it what men want....what you are is completely and utterly okay? Yup, I'm a bit%ch. There are some guys who like each of those types of women. Personally, I prefer an intelligent women who has the common sense needed to take care of herself, but there is something attractive to me about being sort of cute and cuddly and wanting the security provided by her man. So, I don't think it's impossible to have both traits in the same person. (at least in the way I am thinking about it.)

Give me a sexy, intelligent, stand toe-to-toe woman with attitude any day. I want a woman that wants me, not needs me. I have been with both and boredom hit in record time with the OMG girl. I have now found a woman with attitude and it has already made a positive difference in my life. I can actually sit and talk for hours.

I like a strong and secure woman that knows what she wants. Not some woman that wants a sugar daddy or someone to take care of her and drop everything at her call.

All men are different some men what girls that can't take care of their self so he know that she needs him at all time. Then you have the males that want independent woman so he know she is responsible

i like a woman that can take care of herself, financially as well as physically. the others are fun to play with though, but like all toys, they need to be put away when your done with them!

Obviously, all men, just like all women, are different. Some like them dumb, some like them smart. I prefer them to be smart so that we can carry on decent conversations and work together on common goals. Sorry, but dumb people annoy me. I'm nice to them anyway, but much prefer intelligence.

Men who want someone dumb or act dumb have insecurities about their own level of intellegence and love to control women.
