Women don't put the same importance on a person's looks as men do as we aren't as visual. As long as your hygiene is good and you are dressing well and keeping your appearance up, then being a nice guy will gain a lot more points than being a good looking jerk.

If a woman has a heart full of love yes. If she is a snob, or has snobby friends who she cares more about. Then no. There are good woman out there.
If you were a man with not much looks, would you be able to fall in love with an ugly woman?

Look around you. Are only beautiful women married? No. Many men are intimidated by beautiful women and would rather be with someone who is beautiful on the inside. Also, beauty fades, but a good person will stay that way. Maybe you've never had a bf because you're not letting guys see the real you? Or maybe you're just young and it isn't your time yet? Or maybe you're mean to guys, or too easy to get. Develop your own interests and give it time.

Yea, Sure... it happens
There is always the possibility but it is rare.
How many times have you looked at a guy who had a pot belly
or a face full of zits and said to yourself. I would really like to get
to know that guy? and maybe fall in love and get married and have his children? (not often i bet)
Same goes for a man.
The woman would have to be beyond any kind of shallowness
(yes, both men and women tend to be shallow, especially in western societies)
and willing to waste a great deal of time meeting both attractive and unattractive men.
Since there is such a large population of prospective mates
one needs to have a means to "Thin the herd" as it were.
and visual attraction is the very first means both men and women use to do this.
There was a very good documentry done on this very subject
and the film maker proved that both men and women use physical looks first to determine whether or not they wanted to meet or continue a relationship with the opposite sex.
Many people do not want to think of themselves as shallow
so they convince themselves that they would never depend on looks as their first point of reference in choosing a mate. but
if they looked at the decisions they have made in the past and are Honest with themselves they would find that personality always comes second in their decision making process.

Most people, male or female, form their first opinion based largely on looks because that's all they have on which to go. If the looks are sub-par than they won't bother to find out what kind of personality is there. Yes, that is judging a book by it's cover, but it's human nature just the same. Sad, but a fact of life.

Of course looks matter because that's literally THE first thing that we see! I know, it sounds shallow. But just know that each woman's taste varies. Someone whose ugly can be actually kind of cute in the eyes of another. So just keep your chin up and be yourself, because at the end of the day, it's the guy's personality and charm that will win the girl's heart.

If you can't get along with a person, i.e. personality, then the looks department doesn't really matter. Some people are so shallow that if looks are all that they care about then they can't really find love. Looks are not as important as personality.

There are many attractive aspects of a person that are not noticed by sight alone.
Remember that there are many qualities that are not reflected on the outside. Physical beauty deteriorates over the years, but admiration, respect, love, sense of humor, prudence, trust, and other desirable attributes just grow.
If you go by looks alone how sad, you have no idea what you are missing.

What i have noticed in my life is if a person is not that great looking and has a wondeful personality the looks seem to get better w/ time.
But if she likes you allready just bye how you are as a person and your looks will get better in her eyes as her feeling deepen. Also remember looks dont last forever but a wonderful personality does.

Yes, women can fall in love with a guy just on his personality even if he was ugly. Ever see an ugly guy with girls showing interest in him? My first boyfriend was not good looking at all. He had lots of talent & wit. He had charm. Charm & honesty are hot.
