how does the blind know where to click on the computer?

I have a thought that they might have the computer to read out loud to them before they could click on it. Am I right or wrong?

windows has accessiblity features for the disabled, such as a magnifier or for helping the blind there is a narrator that reads everything the mouse touches. Its in the start, accessories and then accessbility menu. You have to have these features installed from the cdrom when you set up windows. Hope this helps.
