Sometimes you make your body think you are pregnant simply because you either are trying so hard to get pregnant or you believe you are pregnant so much. I think it is safe to say with all of the tests that you are not pregnant.

It's really hard to say. But I have read so many forums where women had all these negative urine and blood tests come back negative, only to find out later that they were indeed pregnant. Some were as far along as 15 weeks. Only you know your body and what is normal for you. If you don't have irregular periods and this has never happened before, trust your body and instincts and test again in a week or so. How late are you? Are you ttc? Just relax and let some time pass and see what happens. Good luck!

they're are actually people who can have all the symptoms and actually look 9 months pregnant sometimes if you say it enough your body starts to think that you are. If you had a blood test than the chances of being prego are very slim you could be going through some hormonal problems or it could all be all in your head. I have also heard that pregnancy dreams mean that good luck is coming to your family.

Uuummm if it's been 10 weeks without a period, go to the doc's and have a test done. There have been instances where women don't show any signs of pregnancy until the last minutate. And it's not odd to also have missed periods and feeling unwell if your hormone balance is whacked out either. Go to a doctor, because it may not be a pregnancy but something more sinister.

If all your tests have come back negative, then I'd say you're going to have to face the facts. It could be you're just going through a weird PMS-like phase. I get that way 2 weeks before my period starts, and even during and after. It could be that you want to be pregnant so bad that your body is manifesting "symptoms" of pregnancy. It's like experiencing "sympathy" pregnancy. Just keep trying! =D

there is such thing as a woman having all the signs of being pregnant and not being pregnant at all! I had a friend who could have sworn she was pregnant. Her breasts were tender, got huge and then nothing! She finally went to a Dr who diagnosed her with having her hormones out of whack. She was placed on meds and she is fine now. Go to the Dr and have them run tests on you. Good luck

You could be, wait a while and do another test, but chances are you are gaining weight because you are eating more and the other symptoms are because you have convinced yourself that you are pregnant.

The blood test is definitive. This reminds me of men who display pregnancy symptoms while their wives are pregnant. The mind is a very powerful thing.

you could be just paranoid. last year i had the same thing wierd cravings, alot of preg. dreams, and headaches. but when i went to the doctor they just told me that i was thinking about it so much and with my dreams it was my body playing tricks on me. i was even 2 weeks late on my period. if you have taken blood test then more than likely you are just paranoid

I experienced a similar ordeal when I was trying to have a baby. You can want something so bad that your mind can play tricks on you. You can have all the symptoms of being pregnant without actually being pregnant.
