I don't know much about asthma, but I'm ADD, as was my mother (born 1932) and my grandmother (born 1902). Nether of them were diagnosed as children because the condition was not known until the 60's. So they would not be in any stats, as I would. There by creating the illusion that more kids are ADD today.
The same is the case with some forms of autsim. While some people believe autism rates have skyrocketted, others believe the rate of diagnosis is what has increased, not the actual incedence rate.
Given that Asperger's, the most common form of autism (62 - 86%), was not know to exist in America until 1990, it seems obvious that at least some of the increase is due to a better understanding & therefore a better diagnosis of Autism. People with Asperger's were always around, just labeled as "odd," "geeks," or "not quite right."
Then I have to wonder how many of the kids with the more severe forms were labeled brain damage, or just retarded. Remember, until recently, the common belief was that autsim was caused by unloving, neglectful mothers. If a doctor KNEW the mother was very loving & attentive, he would likely rule out a dianosis of autism, therefore keeping the diagnosis rate artificially low (back in the 80's & before).
I've included the link to a question I asked about autism stats. Be sure to click on "comments" for a bit more info & links I found later.
You also act like vaccinations are the only possible common denominator. "Most all children" drink a lot of coke, (or are born to mothers who do) - watch a lot of TV, are exposed to much more plastics than previous generations, - I could go on forever.
LAST BUT NOT LEAST - Thimerosal, the preservative in vaccinations, was removed from all vaccinations in about 2001, with the older vaccinations with thimerosal expiring in 2003. Those who believe vaccinations caused autism attributed it to thimerosal. Now that it is removed from the vaccine, there is no reason to worry. And, if thimerosal was the cause of some autism, the rate of autism will begin to drop dramaticaly.

this is a competent question. i grew to become into vaccinated and so grew to become into my sixteen 3 hundred and sixty 5 days previous daughter and have been advantageous. i'm 32 weeks and 2 days pregnant and that i'm scared to vaccinate my infant. some human beings say its to many needles to at once and at this variety of youthful age. some human beings say the MMR motives autism and a few do no longer. My sister in regulation has a fifteen 3 hundred and sixty 5 days previous autistic son and 2 alternative healthful toddlers. She blames it on the needles. We won't in any respect discover out why autism is on the upward push and what's the reason. i've got self assurance in vaccinating my infant because of the fact the advantages outweighs the threat. they had a competent episode on regulation and Order SVU approximately this very concern

Um, by "allegories" I assume you mean allergies? There are no immunizations for the ailments that you mention. Autism, ADD and ADHD in particular are neurological disorders. Asthma and allergies are conditions that can be treated but not immunized against.
Diseases that are vaccinated against, such as small pox, measles, mumps and rubella and tuberculosis are diseases that still exist in lesser developed nations. They are not epedemic here in the US preceisely because children are vaccinated against them. If all parents thought as you do, and did not vaccinate their children, eventually we would return to a state of epidemic proportions. If the vaccines exist, why not use them? Why would you want your children to suffer these diseases and risk death?
I don't know to what "damages" you refer but while there may be risk with vaccinations, if the diseases are allowed to run rampant, severe sickness and death are certain. You are lucky that other parents had their children immunized and your children did not get sick but it seems to me, and to a lot of parents I'm sure, most foolish to risk what you've risked.

Have you heard about growing outbreaks of the commonly vaccine-prevented diseases among groups like the Amish? Measles, Mumps, and whooping cough are gaining in communities that don't believe in vaccinating.
The child not vaccinated WILL contract these diseases on exposure, whereas the vaccination will sicken maybe one in 10 thousand.
I love my children too much to accept those odds.
And mine are 23. 24 & 26.
