Take it to an antiquarian or have it appraised by a museum curator or doll specialist.

I'm no expert on this by any means but I think any item of 50 years old is an antique and over 100 is called a primitive. If it's in original clothing and in good shape, it will be worth more than if not.

Try searching the ebay completed auctions to see if one has sold recently.

An antique is 100 or more years old, dolls made before 1930 are considered antique on ebay. 50 years old is considered vintage, although the word is being misused. Primitive is more about the way something is made than age, but the term it is generally used when talking about an antique.
