I have two kids, but since I 've had the second my doctor told me I have polycystic ovaries. My husband and I want another baby and we've been having unprotected sex for at least 1 yr. and still nothing. Does anyone know about poly-cystic ovaries?

Yes. YOu can get pregnant with polycystic ovaries. You can decrease the cysts by eliminating stimulants from your diet such as anything with caffiene in it. You must also eat sweet potatoes at least once a week. They contain a enzyme to decrease ovarian cysts by promoting more complete ovulation.

Yes and Yes. The first yes is for my son, Kevin, born after laprascopic surgery to remove 1/2 of each polycystic over. The second yes is for my son, Brian, who was a total surprise 2 1/2 years later. For the record, 5 years after my second son was born, I had to have a total hysterectomy due to the fact that ovarian cancer runs in my family. Good luck! Just keep having the blood test for ovarian cancer yearly and keep trying.

That they hurt when they burst!!!! They cover your ovary so that it makes it very difficult for eggs to be released, if at all. So you may need to speak with your doc on this.
