I want to lose about 3 to 4 pounds. I'm not fat but I jsut want to look a little, tiny, jsut a lilttle bit skinnier. Any good exercises in mind? No funny answers!

Cardio is the best way to go. You can walk alot or run, or do a machine like the ArcTrainer. Just something to get your heart rate up. =)

I find that exercising in the morning helps me out some. Then when I am hungry or thirsty afterwards, I always feel like drinking water. Do this for a few months, and choose healthier foods, and you should drop a few pounds. If you gain weight, it's muscle, but you might very well be skinnier

I'm in the same situation...I just wanna be a bit more confident, so I got some of Billy Blank's Tae Bo tapes...they are a GREAT workout...and he's extrememly motivational! I got the Fat Blasting/Cardio workout (2 exercises in one!)

they're a lot of fun, and they really tone you up!

It doesn't matter what the exercise is,they all burn calories.The more strenuous,the faster you burn energy(calories). The best is what you like to do because you are more likly to keep it up.If it's not as streuous as some,it will just take longer.Good luck!
P.S. I wish that I only had 3 or 4 pounds to lose!

If you only want to lose a few pounds then jump rope for 15 minutes a day. You should lose a few pounds in a few weeks.

Just run a track and drink water or gatorade and eat yogurt for breakfast, and lunch with some fruit, and regular dinner. you'll loose that 3-4 pounds fast.

Sarcastically speaking..... Exercise by pushing away from the table early.. You are sooooo fortunate. Try losing 200-or much more!

Just some good old cardio. Try running or fast walking. If you have a good gym to go to, try a step machine or an elliptical machine.
