Uh oh,
You are getting a POST boot code. It means there is something wrong with hardware configuration. (The guts inside the computer.) It could be something as easy as a loose cable or displaced or blown RAM stick.
Sorry for the bad news :o(

Your power supply may be defective. Your switchable power supply may have been changed to 220V. Switch the setting on the back of the power supply to 110/115V
Check the reset switch to see if it is stuck in any way. Pressing the reset button again should usually release it and it will spring back freely.
Do you have a rescue disk? I am assuming it is out of warranty or you wouldn't be asking for help.. if the power supply is not the problem a complete restore might be the only answer.. you do have backups and a restore disk, don't youi??

I used to think of it replaced into the instantaneous modem I had. because of the fact, there could be circumstances whilst i does no longer be waiting to do any concern on line, and the shortcut on my computer could say I even have an stunning Connection. actual, what it meant replaced into, I even have an remarkable connection to my instantaneous modem and the bars, in the instantaneous community Connection container, could be all finished and eco-friendly! The instantaneous video exhibit software could say "you're connect with the modem, yet no longer linked with information superhighway" or some thing like that. it rather is happened to me maximum of circumstances, i do no longer think of you could evade it. it continuously comes back. there's a reliable risk, it is not your computers. bypass determine!

Your computer is failing the power on self test (POST). Long beeps are a possible power supply failure, or it could be a short in your system and I think a possible loose card. I'd put in a new power supply first.

Try this.....Turn on computer. If you have windows xp disk put it in.....Turn back off comp...start comp back up ,but hit delete....when it says start from disk hit enter. ...then install...if it dosent work then it is your motherboard or something inside computer. you may need to reinstall windows. You may also want to check if anything is loose on inside and replace cables...I don't know what kind of system you have, but here are a few ideas...

This could be due to a lot of things. It could be overheating, mine beaps when it overheats. Sounds like somthings fried, and I would take it to a computer repair place.
