If you know him very well and are like talking to each other then hang out with him, but start out hanging with him and his friends so that way you won't start out too fast.

You can not make anyone like you ever. Just be you and hope he notices you and likes what he sees.

you can't control anyone's emotions and thoughts and feelings toward you but you can control yourself so just be the person that you are and cross your fingers and hope that he'll notice. if he doesn't, just move on.
