ethnic music is the best, hands down, kind of dance music. educate your ear drums...open them to some Brazilian samba, West Indian calypso & reaggae, Latin merengue & bachata & salsa, Arabic trance, enjoy it all!... Music is the only thing that hits you and you'll feel no pain!

This might be of little help but anything off the Confessions on a Dancefloor by Madonna. It's had several number one hits on the billboard dance charts. I recommend Hung Up, Sorry, Get Together, Jump, Future Lovers, Push, & Let it Will Be. Also check out the singles, they have remixes by Pet Shop Boys, Paul Okenfold, and Stuart Price.

sandstorm~darude
---it's great, total techno
actually, most of the songs from the darude cd, Before the Storm would work.
any fast paced song would work though.
hope this helps!
