This will take a lot of time, but it works for me all the time. Hair Spray. Spray it on the ink spot, let it sit for a minute, rub gently, run under cold water and repeat until ink is gone.
As a punishment make him/her help you.

RE:
Is there any way to get ink out of clothes? It is A LOT of ink on a lot of clothes.?
One of my children left an ink pen in his pocket and it got all over everything in the wash. Is there a way to get it out? A miracle? LOL
I am pretty mad about this. I might have to throw everything from that load of laundry away! It is A lot! 4 people's clothes.

Hairspray takes ink out of pretty much everything. Spray it on let it soak in and dab it out. And re-wash. If that does not work try and use Shout or Spray n' Wash. Make sure ALL the ink is out of your washer and dryer before doing this or anymore laundry.
Kids are a joy aren't they :)

A spray cleaner called Spot Shot. Buy it at Walmart. If it is a lot of ink it will take time to let it soak especially if it went through the dryer.Good Luck!!! I'd go shopping if I were you.

i dont know if this is practical but ink is a non polar substance. And only a non polar solvent can dissolve away the ink.
so try putting some nail polish remover on the ink

Oxy-Clean works on alot of things. You can use it as a soak & maybe it will remove them.
Also hairspray removes pen ink, but if you have alot of ink to clean up, I doubt you would want to soak them in that. Good Luck.

I'm not sure if this will work, but a pre-soak detergent called BORAX works great on many many stains.
SOAK 3-4 pieces at a time in sink for a few hours and then launder again.
Worth a try.
