make your eyelashes fall out??? like if you use it every day ..
or is there a certain type that YOU would never use because of that?

I've heard that using the waterproof mascaras are the ones that cause damage to your eyelashes. Needless to say, I only use regular mascara now!

I don't think that mascara makes your eyelashes fall out. The only question I would ask is what you use to take off the mascara. Is it gentle? Do you have an easy time of taking off the make up? Some people use petroleum jelly to gently wipe away the make up away.
Like hair, eyelashes fall out periodically. When I lose two or three from the same eyelid I panic, that's because I have skimpy lashes. They always grow back.
Unless you have other symptoms, such as itchy eyelids or have developed a rash around your eyes, I wouldn't think that you are allergic to the mascara. Therefore, it's just your body's way of "out with the old and in with the new."

Everyday use of mascara will weaken your lashes and yes, they can eventually fall out. Takes a long time to grow a new one. And to ANN L and the others who claim there is no problem, you are MISINFORMED. Mascara use on a daily basis is NOT a good thing and can lead to lash fall out in some people. Not everyone, perhaps, but a fair amount of people. It is NOT recommended for every day use and to those who use it every day and say they have no problem, fine. However, some people WILL experience lash fallout from brittle lashes and the chemicals that make up mascara!

No...I have used it everyday for 20 years and have very full lashes. Your eyelashes fall out every now and then anyway. What will make them fall out is curling them with one of those eye lash curlers after you have applied mascara.

not unless u pick at ur eyelashes...
let me tell u a lil story
one day, when i was little, i let my friend put blue mascara on (i wal, like, 10)...later that day, i was reading and i pulled some of the mascara off...and i saw that my eyelashes came out...eventually, i did it without even realizing it...one day my parents noticed....it took me FOREVER to grow them back....but now they're back!!
don't do anything, like pull ur eyelashes...take the mascara off with eye makeup remover, and ull be ok

I have used it everyday for 40 years and still have long thick eyelashes, have tried several kinds, I don't use water proof however and I shower and wash it off at bedtime every night

mascara actually ruins your eyelashes no matter what kind it is....yup yup yupp...they get thinner and thinner and eventually itll look like u dont have any at all....u should try wearing fake eyelashes...you cant feel them on u and they look so0o0o pretty!!

only if you put it on because you use an eyelash curler, so always make sure u curl then apply

Of course it doesnt! i use it every day and i dont lose eyelashes!
