Apply a black pencil liner and smudge with a Q-tip. Apply mascara from outer lashes to inner lashes, to make them look larger. Use an eyeshadow that contrasts with your eye color to brighten and bring out every facet of your iris!Highlight brows.

Curl your eyelashes
Also if you use white eyeliner on the middle of your top eyelid and your bottom eyelid too (make sure you blend it in!!!)
Also when you use eye shadow, use a lighter shade in the middle of your top eyelid.
Use the Almay eye makeup products that are designed for specific eye colors too!!!
Also do not put on too much black eyeliner because that makes your eyes look smaller if you have small eyes to begin with.
And color contacts are also an option!!!

use dark eyeliner. line the top and bottom lid. use a lite shimmer eyeshadow that contributes to your eye color from lash to brow and around the front corner of your eye(by your nose). that use a shadow that matches your eye color along the crease of your eye. than finish with mascara!!! good luck

Use a bright eyeshadow but just on the eyelid and use a white eyeliner! White eyeliner is the KEY to making your eyes pop!
