Not sure why there's so many misinformed people. Using a tracker never requires any bulletin posting or software installation. The site above is a real legit tracker, works on people who are not members of the site, in other words everyone pretty much.

There are no trackers available that are 100% legit. Every tracker that I have heard of or seen has been spyware or a hoax of some sort. If there is one, I would research it first before putting any software on your computer.
