One day? That's not enough, but still this is my idea.
Send alot of useless talent to DSW, OVW or the unemployment line. Those include:
Davari
Khali
Little Bastard
Umaga (and his manager)
Everyone from the Spirit Squad (spare Doane, Mondo and Jeter. the others are going "back to basics".)
Eugene
Boogeyman
Tatanka (that or change his gimmick)
and anyone in the Hall of Fame.
My next move is to start filling some spaces with real wrestlers, being:
X-Pac
Rhyno
The Dudleys
Jerry Lynn
Petey Williams
Raven
Chris Jericho
Gail Kim
Brock Lesnar
Ron Killings
Christian Cage
The New Age Outlaws
Bret Hart (as an announcer)
and Christopher Daniels, but two of my dream people to get on WWE are Sting and Jushin "Thunder" Liger.
Then concerning management:
-More women's wrestling, not all this T & A crap. Gail should help that, plus a new, better gimmick for Lita, Victoria, and Mickie.
-Enough of milking off of Eddie Guerrero, let him rest in peace. Put Chavo in an all new gimmick (maybe keep Vickie as his manager).
-Send Moore, C.M. Punk, Big Show and David Heath to the WWE, along with trades Killings, Gail, Pac, the NAO, Cage, and Liger. Benoit, Henry and Edge w/o Lita can go to ECW, along with the remaining trades; Raven, Daniels, Williams, Lesnar, the Dudleys, Lynn, Jericho, Rhyno and Sting.
-Join the brands, with the Tag Team and Heavyweight Titles being unified with their counter parts. Plus, bring back the Television and Tag Team Championships for ECW, and bring back all the good stuff: SSP, 450, piledriver, etc.
-Finally, I'd return those who belong at the top to the top: Those include Jericho, Orton, Lesnar, and Shawn Michaels to name a few.
And that's just a taste...

Bring back Brock, Angle, Christian, and Chris Jericho. give them anything they want, if angle's injured make him GM. They are good television.
Make a rule that once youre a hall of famer you are too old to wrestler matches (sorry piper, Hogan) and add Flair (retire!!!)
Move Charlie Haas and Shelton to Smackdown. They stick together and share the US belt (spirit squad does with tag belts)
try to bring Aj style, ron Killings, chris daniels to ECW and make all the matches "extreme rules"
the firing squad. the following people are unemployed

Here's just for starters:
~Merge the two brands
~Un-ban the SSP, 450 Splash, the piledriver, and other extreme moves.
~Put CM Punk, David Heath, Ariel and Gangrel on WWE TV, and send Chris Benoit to ECW (they need some REAL hardcore!)
~Buy Rhyno, the Dudleys, Shane Douglas and Jerry Lynn from "TNA" and put them on ECW
~Put the Hardy's back on the tag-team roster
~Push RKO to the top, where he belongs
~Bring back X-Pac so he can join DX
~and bring extreme back to the WWE!

If I were Vince, I spend his money.
And he needs to beat the hell out of wrestlers like Cena, Lashley, Duggan, and Mysterio. He can teach them some serious lessons. And if he used a sledgehammer-that would be sweet!
Push wrestlers like RKO, Edge, Finlay, and King Booker!

WELL, IF I WAS VINCE FOR A DAY, I WOULD FIRE JIM ROSS, THE SPIRIT SQUAD AND EDGE. I WOULD BRING BACK CHYNA, GOLDBERG, BRET HART (AS A ANOUNCER), THE ROCK, BROCK LESNAR AND STONE COLD. I'D HAVE DX TURN ON EACH OTHER (AGAIN), AND PUT THE WORLD TITTLE ON THE ROCK.
