I'm living in a loft in my apartment (college student) and I don't have a door. I'm going to hang a curtain to act as a door in the entrance way to the loft. What's the best way to hang it without drilling hooks and hangers into the drywall?

Use a shower curtain rod...the kind with the springs inside that hold it up by tension.

Velcro. You get the kind that has sticky backing to stick to the wall. Sew the other part onto the top of the curtain. This also makes it easy for taking it down to clean and easy to remove before you move out.

the shower curtain rod is a good idea, but if your doorway is a standard size, a shower curtain rod won't get short enough. you can get a small tension rod in the drapery section of target or wal-mart. look for them next to the regular curtain rods, they are usually white and about 1/4 inch in diameter.

Is this a security curtain? Does it have a lock? Buy and install a freakin' door. Do things right.

That's tuff.....one other thing you could do is use drywall hooks and drop the rod down from the ceiling.
