I really don't know, unless it is to show the men what it really means to be a strong person.
Actually, women have asked to be compared. While I agree there should be equal pay for equal work, I do not thnk women should be in every position equally.
I guarantee if I am on a 2nd or higher floor in a burning building and have to be carried to safety... I for one would want a male firefighter to rescue me.

Outside of the PC movement and academia (but I repeat myself), I really don't see much comparisons between the sexes. Things are not as bad as they used to be; nowadays if a man feels threatened by a woman (because she earns more, has a better/more powerful job, etc.), that man is usually regarded by both sexes as a chauvinist.
The world may have been dominated by men in the past, and certainly some nations (and some jobs within this nation, like politics) are still male-dominated, but more and more, women are gaining the social power to be as equal to men as they please. These days if there's some job or area of academia that's still male-dominated, it's more likely to be because women simply have no interest in it, rather than because they can't get into it because of male barriers. Men who erect barriers to women are increasingly becoming relics of the past.

Because that's human nature. Humans are always jealous of each other, always trying to better another, always competing for excellence and success. Humans will never change, nor will the world. It is fortunate for you and me that the world is run by humans, but in all other possible aspects and concepts, the world would have been better off without the destructive existence of humanity.

We compare jobs....how much money we make...where we live.
