try not to put anymore on your parents than than you have too, show them that you love them every day and that your thankful every time they help you out in anyway. trust me that would mean so much to them I have 3 and none of them are not appreciative of nothing and that does hurt. show them how loving and appreciative you are of everything. Talk to your parents about your problem they would probably be disappointed if you didn't

What I did was leave the house and went for a walk or rode my bike. Usually when it got bad in the house and it was usually my mom with the problem, I had to leave or I would have blown up and fought with her. If leaving is not an option then take a nice long bath and stay in you room with your stereo on and read a good book. Sometimes is helps to write things down too. Keep a journal and just write down your thoughts. Then read over it and see where the problems are. You'll be surprised to find it's not so bad or that things could have gone a lot better if you did something differently. Try not to sweat it so bad. Don't ever let things get you so down where you end up closing yourself from everyone b'cause then the real problems will start. Take care of yourself.

I have the very same problem, my parents (and often my sisters) drive me insane!
My favourite things to do are:
- Dance madly to music. It releases lots of happy hormones that perk you up a bit
- Go for a looong walk and listen to music. Again, the exercise brings in those happy hormones and the time, space and air do you good
- Take a bath or shower. Do the candles thing. It's relaxing!
- Try boxing. Get a punchbag (you can get inflatable ones for only £15/$30) and punch and kick until the anger has gone!

If your parents are not the nurturing type, then you have a problem. If you have tried to talk to them, but they don't have the insight to work out things through talking, then get some help from school counselors or one of your friends parent.

You can talk to your parents about it, you can take a walk, take a cool bath or even scream in a pillow!
