this is not the song written by the Rolling Stones as some of the answers suggest, it was written by her, personally I don't care for it with that speed talk singing, but this is the only thing I could find about it
"Wild Horses (running time 4.01min)
This track is my unquestionable favourite. It centres around who Natasha wants to be and how she longs for freedom. This is a very heartfelt track and this is easy to hear. “All I want is the wind in my hair, To face the fear but not feel scared” This track shows her reservations about giving her whole heart. The music is very calm and quiet; it creates quite a sombre mood. "

This is a really pretty song. I think the meaning is about how she wants to break free and she wishes she could just run in the wind forever. Yes a little cheesey but VERY pretty.

I think that this song is about feeling overwhelmed with all the responsibilities in her life. She is saying that she has to many things to needs to take care off, and it is gettin stressful. She is saying that she wants to be free of all these burdens, she wishes that she could just "run with the wild horses" who have no responsibilities in life. She just wants to escape from the world.

I love this song.
I think it's about a girl who found herself giving up love for a life that's more 'stable' and that won't have as many risks. But deep down she still loves the man she is talking about, and she wishes she could be brave enough to face her fear for her love, though it could hurt her badly.

The song gives me story ideas. And I do love horses too, so it's one of my favorites.

((btw LOL Someusername, I agree))

i think that this song means that she is feeling that she is wasting her llife. she feels that she wants to be a horse because they don't have to worry about anything. she wants to be free of the life that she is living

After listning to the song about a thousand times for a dance routine, we came up with a story line that seems to flow rather easily with the song. Complain to me about how incorrect I am because if you read the song definition style, yes it comes off like she has this massive amount of pressure and she just wants to relieve of it. Well, the story we made was that these two people were in a relationship, but there was this hesitation coming from the guy. As the song progressed the hesitations became more clear and eventually he leaves her at the end. The lyrics to the song we interpreted as being the guy's thoughts. Granted that the story was being told for a gay-rights rally and the guy ended up leaving the girl for another guy, but the point remains that this song can apply for any relationship.
Don't go off on me for interpreting the song differently, I am my own self and do not feel the need to conform to your defintions.

she wants to recklessly love..

she doesnt want to have a guard up, she wants to "open up her heart" and just be free to LOVE
