Oh, I love Bon Jovi. Thanks for asking this Q.
I think I'll always end up saying, Wanted Dead or Alive, if I can only choose one as favorite. It's always been the band's theme song in a way.
Beyond that, I like the both the song & video for both; Lay Your Hands On Me, & Young Guns.
My personal theme song would be, Bad Medicine. lol
I'm also fond of the acoustic version & remake of Bridge Over Troubled Waters.
But barring all that, Bed of Roses is the creme de la creme, both the English & the Spanish version.
They're still rocking on & I'm still a huge fan....just like I am with Aerosmith.
