only for online message sending/receiving? or do i have to go to sender block to block emails?

If you block or delete a contact it will only keep you from sending e-mails to you but they can still send them to you. I suggest sender block to block e-mails.

No it only blocks them from sending you messages on messenger.

No you need to use an email filter to block their unwanted emails.
