There are alot of things that will help with fertility, but the issue might not be you. Timing has alot to do with things and if your fiancee' is on birth control or something and you dont know it... there are alot of factors to consider. First stop is the Dr. have yourself and wife-to-be both get full checkups (is always a good idea anyway and some places require it before marriage anyway) then tell the dr of your concerns, he/she should be able to direct you from there.
Good Luck.
P.S. Stress can be a major factor... so dont stress about it.

Well the obvious answer is to have sex with your girlfriend. I know this sounds crass but you would be amazed that some significant percentage of people haven't worked this out. But assuming that you have then here are some thoughts.
You have asked this question which suggests that you have been trying for some time.
1. The average fertility of people is relatively low and at 39 you are not THAT fertile so you should have a lot of sex. (average % of pregancy in 1 year for a couple is 50%)
2. Stress, smoking, alcohol are all negatively correlated. So dont get stressed by the fact that it will take some time.
3. If all this doesn't work out (perhaps in around 18 months time) then you should seek medical advice and I would suggest you work throught the process as fast as you can. (Once you start your girlfriend/wife will find the process VERY stressful.)
Good luck. (father of 2 via IVF)

If she's on the pill, it sounds like she is not ready to get pregnant. Perhaps the two of you need to sit down and have a long personal talk, so you can get on the same page. It is doubtful she will get pregnant while on the pill, and depending on how long she has taken it, it may take some time before its effects wear off. Explain to her that you feel the need to have children before you get much older. You don't mention her age. Is she quite a bit younger than you? Older? If she is your age or older, she may be afraid to have a child, especially if it is her first, as there are instances of birth defects from late pregnancies. And if the mother is not in good physical condition, it can be quite exhausting giving birth as an older woman. Talk with your doctor, talk with her. Make a decision you both can live with. Perhaps she would consider adoption if she doesn't want to go through labor and delivery. But you should both agree on what you both want.

Firstly I'd ignore the silly, unhelpful answers. You could try cutting down on any alcohol as it certainly won't help, don't wear tight jeans or tight underwear. NO hot baths as they destroy sperm production & can render you infertile. Eat more fresh tomatoes as they contain lycopene which is essential for men's health. Good luck & enjoy the wedding.

-Wear boxers(not tight fitting undies)
-Avoid saunas and hot showers
-drink a soda before sex, the caffiene gives the spermies a boost
-stop smoking pot and drinking!(if you are into either one)
-I have read missionary is the best position
-and relax for Crying out loud!
***GOOD LUCK***
and I forgot to add, if her periods come about every 30 days then she will be most fertile about around days 15-19. Day 1 being the first day of her period.

Certain times a month a woman ovulates, that's when she can get pregnant, so just figure out the time of month she ovulates and go from there! Good Luck!
