I love that movie! I wish more people would talk about it.
I think that my favorite part isn't really one part, but a group of similar things. Basically, any time Tim Curry enters a room, he brings a new level of brilliance to the movie. My two personal favorite entrances are actually his first two: the one on the elevator, when he's tapping his daringly-heeled foot, and the one where he's waiting for Brad and Janet to arrive in his laboratory and just looks so...chilling...even though he is perfectly still and calm.
