The question "what is the meaning of life?" means different things to different people. The vagueness of the query is inherent in the word "meaning", which opens the question to many interpretations, such as: "What is the origin of life?", "What is the nature of life (and of the universe in which we live)?", "What is the significance of life?", "What is valuable in life?", and "What is the purpose of, or in, (one's) life?". These questions have resulted in a wide range of competing answers and arguments, from scientific theories, to philosophical, theological, and spiritual explanations.

I didn't know my life purpose until I was in my 40's. As I grew older I began to love animals. I now am an online animal activist. I write letters, send emails and sign petitions all in favor of anti-cruelty laws and general protection for animals. I still enjoy helping others but my passion is helping animals.

i know what you mean...life can be so overwhelming at times that you wonder why you are here, what purpose do i serve?
well i have found the answer. God created everything that there is even you. and the reason you were created was to give glory back to God. to praise him for his awesome spendor.
but adam in the Bible sinned, broke one of God's commandments, and so now everyone who has been born was born w/ a sinful lifestyle. we have all sinned, thus making us unworthy to commune w/ God, through prayer. but God sent Jesus, His son and also part of the Trinity, to the earth to live the life of a human. well Jesus lived on earth, and never sinned, b/c he is perfect. then He died on the cross in order to cover your sins w/ His blood. He sacrificed Himself, thus taking your sins upon Himself, and He rose from the dead three days later.
You now have a chance to ask forgiveness for your sins and you can turn your life around and follow Christ. all you have to do is admit you are a sinner who can not do anything to help yourself and is in need of desperate help. you must also believe that Jesus is God and came to earth, lived a perfect life, died on the cross so that you might be forgiven, and rose again three days later. last you must repent, turning your life 180degrees around and commit your life to following Christ.
i promise you Christ is the purpose you were looking for. i know it has made a Big difference in my life. if you have any questions write me back. i hope you find that what i told you was true and that you find your purpose
God bless

To worship Allah observing his almighty and the gifts he gives to us. Try to do so. Try to thank Allah for what he had granted you. You have been the only one in your family saved from a incurable disease for a certain reason , try to find out this certain reason and live to achieve it. you are not like anyone alive . you were granted life. I hope you will be okey and sorry for your family. Best wishes

i think most people don't know thier purpose in life until their deathbed. because i could be here for such a random reason, i could never predict it. So wait until your realllly reallly old and look over your life and keep striving to help the world become a better place for the next generation.

To be the best 'me' that I can.
To be a good human being, and leave the world a bit better than I found it.
To be a witness to the love and healing power of God.
