the answer does not exist.
a foot is a linear measurement (one-dimensional) and a square foot is two-dimensional.
if you picture a square with sides equal to one foot each, then you can conclude that the minimum number of feet is 4 (one for each side of the square)
however, you can use your imangination and say that there are more than 4 feet in a square foot because you can draw many foot-long lines in between two parallel sides of the square. in fact, there should be infinitely many foot-long lines because there are infinitely many points within a defined distance.
