We have found that they don't last much longer than 3 weeks. By 4-5 weeks, the gel inside the packet has dried up and no fragrance is released.

I usually change mine about every 3 weeks.

Once a month works well for me, or basically when they get crumbly on the inside.

ignore what they tell you on pack, usually lasts half as long,guess you can tell when theres no smell, and looks as though its empty

i'd say every month, cuz after awhile they just don't have that good of a scent anymore.
