i found a definition of constitution on some book.and it says that constitution is a list of traditions, ways of how a government is organized..it also says that constitution can written or unwritten..base on that definition, i came up with a conclusion that every country has a constitution...because each one of them, whether it's a communist or democratic, has its own way of organizing its government..what do u think guys??

Yes all governments have a constitution. Despots ignore the laws and rules, so many aren't worth the paper they are written on.

No. A constitution is a written legal document that has authority to bind other laws. Not every country has one.

But yes, by definition, any country that has a constitution which provides a binding legal structure would also have a constitutional govt.

Unless, of course, the current government was acting in violation of that constitution, in which case it would be an unconstitutional govt.
